We collect your full name, email address (via Google or Apple Sign-In), optional phone number, date of birth, and detailed medication schedule data. This includes medicine name, dosage, timing, schedule (daily/weekly/monthly), and start/end dates.
Your data is used to deliver personalized medication reminders, display drug information, and enhance app features through analytics and marketing.
All user data is securely stored in Firebase services (Firestore and Authentication). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
MediTime integrates with Firebase, OpenFDA, RxNav, SerpAPI, and may include ChatGPT in future versions. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.
The app sends push notifications for medication reminders. You can disable these through your device settings.
This app is intended for use in the United States only at this time.
Access to MediTime is available only through a paid subscription. All subscription purchases and billing are securely handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not store or process any payment information directly. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued after a billing cycle has started.
We use collected data to understand user behavior and improve the app experience through analytics and potential marketing efforts.
We follow Firebase’s security best practices to protect your data. However, MediTime is not HIPAA-compliant and should not be used as a substitute for clinical systems.

MediTime includes a feature that allows users to scan medication bottles using the camera or upload an existing photo to identify medicines. Images are processed using on-device OCR and are not stored permanently on our servers. Text extracted from images is used only to help identify the medicine and provide relevant drug information. No image data is shared with third parties or stored after processing.
